Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an on-site Operations Manager to lead our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) team. You will provide day-to-day leadership, oversee site operations, manage client relationships, and drive growth across up to 2–3 sites in a high-volume light industrial environment.

This role requires 3+ years in high-volume staffing, 2+ years people management, and the ability to travel between client sites and recruiting centers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume light industrial recruiting/staffing.
• 2+ years people management.
• Ability to travel daily and/or weekly between client site and recruiting center.
• Proven ability to manage complex client situations.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-volume light industrial client on a daily basis.
• Ensure payroll, productivity, profitability, and service level performance.
• Listen to understand the needs of key decision-makers.
• Provide tailored services that delight our clients.
• Work closely with the account team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver with a fixed flexible workforce pool and meet regularly with the account team.
