Randstad North America is hiring an on-site Operations Manager to lead our RIS division, delivering top-tier staffing solutions for high-volume clients. You will oversee day-to-day operations, profitability, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Lead account teams, manage P&L, and develop workforce strategies with a data-driven approach. You will travel to client sites and recruiting centers to ensure execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume light industrial recruiting/staffing industry.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Experience handling multi-unit/location responsibilities preferred.
• Willingness/ability to travel daily and/or weekly between client site and recruiting center.
• Proven ability to resolve complex client situations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Proficiency using Google Mail, Calendar, and Shared Drives.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations for a high-volume light industrial client site(s).
• Manage account P&L, client relationships, and account teams.
• Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet client needs and growth targets.
• Collaborate with account teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in payroll, productivity, profitability, and service levels.
• Communicate with clients and decision-makers to understand needs and deliver tailored services.
• Travel between client sites and recruiting centers as needed to ensure execution.
