Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an on-site Operations Manager for Randstad Inhouse Services to lead and develop site operations, manage P&L up to $10 million, and grow client accounts across multiple sites.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive payroll and service quality, and collaborate with account teams to deliver value in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high volume light industrial recruiting/staffing industry.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel between client site and recruiting center daily and/or weekly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivation to WIN in a dynamic environment.
• Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Proficiency with Gmail, calendaring and shared drives.

Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring an on-site Operations Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) division. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high volume staffing needs.

The on-site Operations Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and management to ensure that clients receive the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner, management of account P&L, client relationships, account management, team management, and people development. The Operations Manager will oversee all site operations and is responsible for the growth and development of account teams. In this collaborative role, the Operations Managers' business acumen will be used to managing account revenue up to $10 million and/or be responsible for up to 2-3 sites.

What you need to bring:

• Minimum 3+ years in high volume light industrial recruiting/staffing industry
• 2+ years people management
• Ability to travel between client site and recruiting center daily and/or weekly as needed
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations
• Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
