Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an on-site role. You will lead a warehouse team, assign tasks, monitor results, and report to senior management, with Friday–Monday 6am–6:30pm schedule.

Key duties include promoting safety, following established procedures for shipments and inventory, coaching staff, coordinating vacations and time sheets, and maintaining GMP for a food-grade warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college study required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for shipments, handling, and inventory.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training to ensure staff competence.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers.
