Job summary

Qrata Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Operations Supervisor for a mission-first clinical nutrition company producing personalized meal programs from its East Bay facility.

This hands-on leader will direct daily production and fulfillment, ensuring every meal is accurate, on time, and of the highest quality. The on-site role in Concord, CA requires 3+ years in high-volume food production with GMP/food-safety knowledge and 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume food production, meal delivery, or warehouse operations with leadership experience.
• GMP, food-safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Willingness to stay close to the work and hands-on leadership at the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and fulfillment across plating, portioning, and dispatch.
• Ensure meals are accurate, on time, and meet high-quality standards.
• Develop and cross-train staff, drive throughput, and reduce waste.
• Oversee packaging and reusable-packaging recovery while maintaining food safety.
