Job summary

Housing Consortium of the East Bay is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide site-specific property administrative support and site management assistance. The role includes move-in/move-out coordination, rent tracking where applicable, and maintaining filing systems and office operations at a Concord, CA site.

You will assist the Site Manager with occupancy and safety planning, monitor site cleanliness and security, and support maintenance and disaster preparedness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency (e.g., GED); associate degree-holder preferred.
• Good customer service skills (friendly, helpful, patient, reliable, dependable, responsible, and punctual)
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-specific property administrative support, including move-in/move-out coordination and rent tracking where applicable.
• Assist Site Manager with occupancy issues and safety planning.
• Maintain property filing systems and office operations (mail, supplies, equipment).
• Support site safety, maintenance planning, sanitation, and disaster preparedness initiatives.
• Monitor site cleanliness, security, and overall orderly operations.
• Produce hourly site activity entries and report emergencies to the Site/Program manager.
