Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director of ISC Operations in Torrance, CA to strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. You will oversee, guide, and track schedule, equipment, production, and logistics, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the site.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and alignment with senior leadership. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in senior manufacturing/CI leadership, ERP familiarity, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior management roles directing manufacturing or CI initiatives.
• Experience coaching direct reports and organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track production schedule, equipment, production, and logistics processes.
• Create and ensure execution of manufacturing processes.
• Make data-driven recommendations for planning.
• Oversee streamlining of processes to reduce lead times and costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with logistics, finance and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Drive accountability culture in the organization.
