Randstad, the world's largest staffing firm, is hiring an on-site Operations Manager for Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) to lead day-to-day site operations, manage P&L, client relationships, and account teams across multiple sites. You will drive growth with a data-driven approach and oversee a high-volume light industrial workforce.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume staffing, 2+ years people management, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume light industrial recruiting and staffing
• 2+ years people management
• Willingness to travel between client site and recruiting center as needed
• Proven ability to resolve complex client situations
• Strong communication at all levels
• Proficiency with Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Responsabilités

• Run a high-volume light industrial client daily
• Ensure payroll, productivity, profitability, and service levels meet targets
• Build and manage client relationships and account teams
• Deliver services with fixed and flexible workforce pools
• Provide business reviews and workforce strategies to clients
