Job summary

• Experience with timekeeping systems and various reports.
• May require bilingual English/Spanish.
• Able to travel within the facility.
• Experience in supervisory role in staffing or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and employee performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping using Avionte.
• Enforce company and client policies; control costs.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns with the branch as needed.
• Provide unemployment and accident reporting and safety monitoring.
