Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in an engineering program preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to work in both office and plant environments and comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing technicians to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate activities of contractors and hourly technicians.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation communicating results.
• Manage projects from scope through implementation, commissioning, and verification.
• Analyze data to drive improvements while collaborating with salaried staff and technicians.
