Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an Operations Data Analyst in Plano, TX for a fully on-site contract role. You will design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor D2C fulfillment performance, with real-time and historical data, and support WBRs and executive presentations.

You will build Tableau dashboards, automate Excel templates, and develop SQL queries to extract data from the data warehouse. Collaboration with BI and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or engineering discipline.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on data analytics in operations, eCommerce, or fulfillment.
• Experience creating Tableau dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Experience building advanced Excel workbooks with forecasting and inventory templates.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS data validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards with real-time and historical visibility into D2C fulfillment performance.
• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards with filters by warehouse, product category, carrier, time period, and KPI metrics.
• Prepare reports and insights for Weekly Business Reviews and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain Excel workbooks for reporting, forecasting models, and inventory tracking.
• Write and optimize GCP SQL queries to extract and load data from the data warehouse, validating against SAP/WMS/OMS sources.
