Qualifications

• Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office administration, retail, customer service, or hospitality are a plus; full hands-on training provided.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, adaptable, and energized by collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Streamline Operations: Maintain daily master schedules, inventory tracking logs, event setup briefs, and activity checklists.
• Support Field & Venue Teams: Coordinate with venue leads, client managers, and internal teams to ensure supplies, equipment, and timelines stay aligned.
• Track Results & Resolve Delays: Monitor execution metrics, identify bottlenecks early, and implement swift, practical solutions.
• Lead Strategy Syncs: Participate in morning briefing huddles, document key decisions, assign priority tasks, and track follow-up actions.
