Help at Home in Jackson, MS is seeking an organized Office Support Assistant to join our On-Site Home Care Compliance & Credentialing team. You’ll manage caregiver compliance, credentialing, and documentation, and help clear a backlog while supporting a large network of clients and caregivers.

This role requires strong organization, independent work habits, and clear written and verbal communication. You will schedule fingerprinting, maintain records in HHAeXchange, and assist with ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• Previous administrative/clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver compliance, credentialing, and documentation.
• Help tackle a compliance backlog with a goal of ~20 completions per week.
• Manage an assigned group of ~170 clients/caregivers.
• Schedule fingerprinting and compliance requirements.
• Answer and triage incoming calls while keeping priority work on track.
• Maintain accurate information in HHAeXchange.
• Support new and existing caregivers through compliance processes.
