Help at Home seeks a Care Supervisor to oversee client care in Jackson, MS, coordinating caregivers and building strong relationships with clients and families. The role requires organizing, problem-solving, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, with on-site responsibilities and a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

The position pays $17–$18 per hour with an incentive plan and on-site location at 4755 Old Canton Rd, Jackson, MS 39211. Strong communication and leadership are essential to success in this role.

• Maintain client and agency records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
