Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to provide care to client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Kingsport, TN. The schedule rotates over two weeks with varied hours and strong phlebotomy skills are required.

You will assess patient care needs, perform tests and treatments, document health records, and educate patients on health promotion. A BSN is preferred and current TN RN licensure is required.

Competenze

• Certificate from accredited Nursing School or associate degree required.
• Current RN license in Tennessee or state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required depending on site scope.
• COHN/COHN-S or related certifications preferred.
• Minimum three years of RN experience in ER or occupational health.

Mansioni

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope.
• Collaborates with physicians and others for further medical evaluation and care.
• Performs and documents tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care as allowed by law.
• Maintains equipment, infection control, and patient health records.
• Educates patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
