Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to employee and dependent populations at our Health Center in Maryville, TN. The position features a 32-hour week schedule with standard weekday hours and periodic on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP) required.
• Restricted to Nurse Practitioner with state licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes medications and therapies as appropriate.
• References patients to specialists when needed.
• Maintains accurate patient health records and documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
