KBR’s Exploration & Logistics is seeking an O&M Site Lead (Contingency) to coordinate daily site operations and maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable asset performance. This on-site role partners with contractors and site leadership to align with regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operational activities in a team setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, maintenance practices, and operational procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient site performance.
• Direct and support maintenance technicians, operators, and contractors in scheduled and corrective work.
• Monitor equipment performance and system reliability, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and asset availability.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs per site requirements and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate work schedules, outages, and activities to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Investigate equipment failures and safety incidents, assisting with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and work orders in systems.
• Support inventory management, procurement of parts, and contractor oversight.
• Participate in continuous improvement, capital projects, and equipment upgrades.
