Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities, utilities, manufacturing, energy, or similar.
- Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operations in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations and maintenance activities.
- Direct and support maintenance technicians, operators, and contractors.
- Monitor equipment performance and system reliability; drive improvements.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance per procedures.
- Ensure safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance.
- Maintain records, inventories, and maintenance reports.
