Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, facilities, utilities, manufacturing, energy, or similar.
• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance and operations in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations and maintenance activities.
• Direct and support maintenance technicians, operators, and contractors.
• Monitor equipment performance and system reliability; drive improvements.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance per procedures.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain records, inventories, and maintenance reports.
