HMR Veteran Services’ Bill Nichols State Veterans Home in Alexander City, AL is seeking a Facility Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care and nursing staff around the clock. You will monitor staffing levels, respond to crises, and ensure QA processes and compliance with care standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license, with strong leadership and teamwork abilities to coordinate care with physicians, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing teams and coordinating care in long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with QA processes and departmental audits.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24-hour oversight of resident care and nursing staff.
• Monitor staffing levels and respond to crises during assigned shift.
• Audit and review records, incidents, and QA reports; implement corrective actions.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and families; coordinate with leadership.
• Participate in facility surveys and ongoing staff development activities.
