HMR Veterans Services seeks a compassionate RN Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and coordination of nursing services for our state veterans home in Pell City, AL. You will ensure high-quality resident care while upholding regulatory standards.

The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily operations, and mentoring team members, with a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current, active RN license in state of practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to effectively lead teams and work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor clinical practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and resident health management.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members.
