RayTek Federal Corporation seeks an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support HFIR at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. This on-site role focuses on scope, schedule, cost, and change management for HFIR projects, employing Primavera P6 to develop and maintain schedules and generate stakeholder reports.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in a related field, 5+ years of project controls experience, and hands-on Primavera P6 expertise; nuclear industry experience and DOE familiarity are

BS/BA in project management or related field.
5+ years of project controls experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
DOE or nuclear industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Support project controls functions across scope, schedule, cost, and change management for HFIR projects.
Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, including outage and maintenance work.
Track and process changes through established change control applications and processes.
Monitor project performance, identify variances, and support corrective action planning.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and reactor operations staff to align schedules with operational constraints.
Prepare accurate, timely reports and analyses for project stakeholders.
