RayTek Federal Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist for on-site work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN. The role focuses on scope, schedule, cost, and change management for isotopes projects, requiring a DOE Q clearance or readily reactivated clearance.

The contract spans 6 months to 1 year and involves aiding ORNL through RayTek and its managing contractor, with responsibilities including planning, status reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of scope, time, cost, and change management.
• Active DOE Q clearance or readily reactivatable clearance.
• On-site presence at ORNL in Oak Ridge, TN.

Responsabilités

• Support project controls across scope, schedule, cost, and change management.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track and process changes through established change control processes.
• Monitor performance, perform variance analysis, and identify risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and staff for planning, reporting, and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate reports and analyses for stakeholders.
