KeyLogic, LLC seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and performance monitoring at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The role emphasizes Oracle Primavera P6 and complex DOE/engineering projects.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in project controls and an active DOE Q clearance or eligible for rapid reactivation, with strong analytical and communication skills. This is a contract (6-12 months) position based in Oak Ridge, TN.

Qualifications

• Active DOE Q clearance or eligible for prompt reactivation.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Establish baselines, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to cost, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare controls reports and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on scope, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Support change control, forecasting, and corrective action planning.
