Job summary

KeyLogic seeks an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support scheduling, cost monitoring, and performance reporting for the HFIR group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The role emphasizes integrating project controls with engineering, operations, and management to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear project controls, with experience in DOE projects, reactors, or nuclear facilities being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project controls experience.
• Experience with project scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and project controls documentation.
• Support project cost tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor milestones, resource requirements, and overall cost and schedule performance.
