Job summary

ENERCON is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for its Federal Nuclear Group to support client sites in Oak Ridge, TN or Las Vegas, NV. This on-site role collaborates with internal and client teams on design, engineering, and project execution. Required: a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 6+ years in design engineering (federal/nuclear heavy industry), strong communication, and the ability to obtain unescorted access.

U.S. citizenship and about 10% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design engineering, preferably federal or nuclear.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team-building skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access at federal/nuclear sites.
• US citizenship required.
• Approx. 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering: review design change packages and coordinate design reviews.
• Project Management: track schedules, lead client interface meetings, provide on-site support.
• Safety & Compliance: conduct pre-job safety briefings and data gathering.
• Business Development: identify new opportunities and support proposals.
