Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an Orientation Coordinator to join our on-site team in Dallas. You will streamline the onboarding process for both field and office staff, ensuring all required documentation, training, and compliance are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, entering personnel data, filing documents, and serving as the main point of contact for orientation inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year admin/office or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in multitasking, organization, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates orientation process for all new field and office employees.
• Completes onboarding including entering personnel information into internal systems, scanning and filing required documents, and maintaining organized employee records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for orientation-related inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Helps with Employee Records, as needed.
