Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an Orientation Coordinator to support onboarding for field and office staff. This role ensures documentation, training, and compliance are completed accurately and on time.

You will manage the orientation process, enter personnel information, file documents, and serve as the main contact for orientation inquiries. A positive service mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year administrative/office or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates orientation process for all new field and office employees.
• Completes onboarding process including entering personnel information into internal systems, scanning and filing required documents, and maintaining organized employee records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for orientation-related inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Helps with Employee Records, as needed.
