Responsibilities

• Develop and administer City networks (LAN/WAN) and support devices.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor security, performance, and compliance; respond to incidents.
• Provide end-user and department support for complex networking issues.
• Create and maintain network/topology diagrams and documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to design solutions for City needs.
