Qualifications

• Must have 2-year degree in a technical field
• Minimum 2 years related experience

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of network functions and repairs
• Monitor performance of networks, servers, and equipment
• Administer network and server equipment
• Respond to tickets and troubleshoot issues
