Stanley Martin Homes, LLC is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager to help oversee on-site construction in Greensboro, NC. You will assist the Construction Manager, manage material orders, and coordinate trades to keep homes on schedule and within quality standards.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, organized, and capable of communicating clearly with homeowners and internal teams. A proactive, customer-service mindset and basic MS Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Order building materials and review/confirm selections for each home.
• Schedule contractors and oversee trade installations on site.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Serve as right hand to the Construction Manager and coordinate teams.
• Build relationships with homeowners, sales, purchasing and construction teams.
