Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager (ANCM) to be the second in command on-site, supporting the Construction Manager. You will help ensure homes are built to Stanley Martin standards and delivered on time, coordinating material orders, selections, and field communications.

You will work with sales, purchasing, and construction teams in a fast-paced environment, focusing on organization, trade relationships, and quality control across neighborhoods.

Responsibilities
