Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) to lead on-site construction across assigned neighborhoods. You will manage the entire build process, coordinate trade partners, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and maintain strong communications with homebuyers and internal teams.

This role requires residential construction experience and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication with buyers and partners.
• Willingness to learn on-site technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction process from start to finish.
• Be the on-site leader for assigned neighborhood with daily oversight.
• Coordinate trade partners, inspections, and schedules.
• Communicate with homebuyers and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Order materials and review selections to keep homes moving forward.
