Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) to lead on-site construction across our neighborhoods. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate trade partners and inspections to deliver homes on schedule.

You will communicate with homebuyers and internal teams, lead meetings, and drive safety and efficiency on-site, ensuring exceptional homebuyer experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans.
• Excited to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong communication: active listening, confidence and respect.
• Customer-service mindset in previous roles.
• Willingness to learn job-specific technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction in assigned neighborhood from start to finish.
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and on-site operations; manage trades and inspections.
• Coordinate scheduling of trade partners and installations.
• Communicate with homebuyers and internal teams; conduct meetings as needed.
