Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily community in Texas. This onsite role leads daily operations, leasing, resident relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination to meet ownership and SunRidge standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in multifamily property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with OneSite or Yardi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead on-site team, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and local regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor management.
• Prepare and review financials, budgets, and reports.
