Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily community. The role requires proactive leadership in leasing, financial oversight, and facilities management, serving as the key contact for residents and the corporate office.

Responsibilities include training the Assistant Manager, overseeing leasing activity, and ensuring regulatory compliance. On-site, full-time position with occasional weekend needs, supporting a high-standard, resident-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and state lease documents.
• Proficient in OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and property codes.
• Communicate property performance and needs to AVP on a regular basis.
• Recruit, onboard, and train onsite staff; supervise on-site operations.
