Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking an Operations Specialist to support stabilization across Florida communities. This on-site role focuses on leasing, collections, and daily operations, with responsibilities spanning site leadership and process adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel and stay on-site as required. CPM/CAM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in multifamily property management with a strong leasing background.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or Business Administration preferred.
• CPM or CAM certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute stabilization plans under the Stabilization Lead.
• Drive leasing, collections, and day-to-day operations.
• Step into on-site roles as needed to maintain continuity.
• Ensure company systems and processes are followed consistently.
• Identify and correct breakdowns in site-level execution.
• Support occupancy, delinquency, and rate targets.
• Maintain strong resident interactions and service standards during stabilization.
• Operate on-site for extended periods to stabilize performance.
