The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily property management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven track record in leading on-site teams, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management as a successful property manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CPM/CAM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Community assessment to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve community performance.
• Train and lead on-site teams to maintain high standards and goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
