Job summary

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm, is seeking a full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Worcester property. Join a hands-on team to perform repairs, assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, and respond to on-call emergencies in a multifamily setting.

Ideal candidates will have residential maintenance experience, own a basic tool kit, a valid drivers license, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience required (apartment or general repair).
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC skills preferred.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Work independently and with a team to keep communities clean and functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
• Participate in snow removal when required (nights/weekends during storms).
