Insite Property Solutions in Redmond, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio. You will handle routine repairs, unit turns, and safety compliance while delivering strong resident service and timely communication with teammates.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, use of tools, and accurate data entry into YARDI. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work on-site are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to operate tools safely and follow procedures.
• Good time management and communication with residents and team.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and manage maintenance projects while ensuring safety standards.
• Perform unit turns including appliances, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Address resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Enter completed work orders into YARDI daily.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance per warranties.
