You will ensure projects are executed on time and on budget while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. The role requires 2–3 years of construction management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of projects to include execution and fulfillment of jobs
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and budget

• Coordination of material acquisition to ensure availability for construction as needed
• Structuring of agreements with subcontractors and oversight of that labor
• Managing the installation team members including technicians and installers
• Ensure that company and client safety standards are adhered to
• Finding solutions to technical challenges that arise during projects
