Contract Lumber is hiring a Multi-Family Project Manager to oversee multiple on-site construction projects, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination, and ensure customer satisfaction through proper installation.

The PM will plan labor and materials, forecast needs, and maintain safety compliance while communicating with clients and teams. We offer full benefits, profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of projects to include execution and fulfillment of jobs.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and budget.
• Effectively managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Coordination of material acquisition to ensure availability for construction as needed.
• Structuring of agreements with subcontractors and oversight of that labor.
• Managing the installation team members including technicians and installers.
• Ensure that company and client safety standards are adhered to.
• Finding solutions to technical challenges that arise during projects.
