• Strong customer service, ability to build trust and explain terms clearly.
• Experience with loan origination systems and maintaining organized pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with follow-through.
• NMLS license preferred or ability to obtain; state licensing required.
• Education: high school diploma; finance or business degree beneficial.
