Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Some computer knowledge and good communication skills are required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Perform repairs to mobile office trailers and check-in/out inspections of off rented buildings; create floor plans as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks; provide courteous customer service.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates and complete related paperwork.
