Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Service Technician to inspect modular buildings and perform repairs, including framing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. The role emphasizes safety and high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced field environment.

You will lead safety practices, conduct periodic inspections, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely service and satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Some computer knowledge and good communication skills
• Carpentry knowledge and experience
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus
• A current valid driver’s license and a clean record

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and perform repairs: framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting
• Lead safety initiatives and attend safety meetings to improve workplace safety
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Perform repairs to mobile office trailers and manage inspection/check-in-out processes
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at required quality levels
