Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Mobile Device Repair Technician to perform on-site repairs at customer locations using a company-provided van. You will diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics, travel locally, educate customers on protection plans, and maintain inventory in your mobile workspace.

Flexible hours and weekends as needed. Paid training from day one with uncapped commissions and bonuses included.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work or retail/customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
