Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets and consumer electronics at customer locations, driving a company van on local routes.

You’ll deliver on-site repairs with a focus on fast, high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and you’ll educate customers on protection plans and support options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting and hands-on mechanical work.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair devices.
• Perform high-quality on-site repairs with a focus on customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.

• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.

• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.

• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
