uBreakiFix by Asurion in Flint, MI is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site at customer locations using a company-provided repair van.

You will travel locally to perform repairs, deliver high-quality service, and educate customers on protection plans and accessories, while efficiently managing your daily route and inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside the mobile workspace.
