Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion seeks a Mobile Device Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site at customer locations, using a company-provided repair van.

You will travel locally, deliver high-quality repairs, and ensure a superb customer experience while educating customers on protection plans and accessories. PAID training and a supportive team culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
