Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of intelligence analysis or investigative research experience.
• Experience with NCIC, NIBRS, or similar databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze data from law enforcement databases, public records, OSINT sources, and other intel tools to support missing persons investigations.
• Develop and maintain detailed case files, analytical reports, and intelligence products for investigators and partners.
• Identify patterns and trends across cases to support leads and resource prioritization.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies and NGOs to share intelligence and coordinate efforts.
• Utilize GIS and mapping tools for location-based analysis and briefing.
