Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, IT, statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or operations support.
• Ability to collect, organize, and present data clearly and accurately.
• Basic familiarity with data reporting tools and visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, cleaning, and validating call center data from multiple sources.
• Support development and maintenance of performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance data and flag anomalies for leadership review.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc customer-facing deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Document current-state processes and assist in data governance initiatives.
• Maintain reporting templates and dashboards to reflect current program data.
• Coordinate with call center supervisors to gather inputs and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and analytics process guides.
• Support workforce management reporting data collection and attendance records.
• Participate in team meetings, track action items, and contribute data inputs.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with clear, well-organized outputs.
• Maintain organized data files and documentation repositories.
